New Barracuda keeps buzzing | Razer Insider

Hi all, just curious about a product I just purchased. I got my hands on a Barracuda wireless headset, and just about love the thing already. Good range, great battery life, and comfortable to boot. Unfortunately, I can hear a low ringing buzz from the right ear speaker that drives me mad. It didn't originally have this issue, only when I updated the headset firmware to the newest version. It cycles in and out over time, except sometimes when I tab into programs it plays constantly. I'm sensitive to these sorts of things, so unless the noise goes, the headset goes. I've tried clean installs of drivers, synapse, THX, and plugging into different ports on my PC.

Note: This issue does not exist when using the wired 3.5mm audio jack, but then again, I am using Realtek drivers instead. Thoughts? Advice?
I have the same problem, I will never buy razer again I already have 2 bad experiences

Same problem here.

Bought a brand new Barracuda with a constant static sound on the right side.

The Razer KBs did not help. Tried 4 different devices and several USB ports with the same result. Connecting the USB adapter directly with USB-C made no difference.

Also tried a Linux system so I doubt this is a driver/OS configuration problem.

I can amplify the problem when shielding the usb adapter with my hand or going into another room.

Not sure if this was better with the older firmware because I updated it before the first use.

In my case I have also (different) interferences when connecting the device with aux or bluetooth. Bluetooth is the least annoying sound but still noticeable.

Not my first razer device I have annoying problems with, pretty disappointed tbh.
