New Blackwidow V3 not working

I bought a new Deathadder V2 3 days ago and it works fine

Today I bought a Blackwidow V3 to go with it

Synapse recognises the keyboard, but when i press the buttons nothing happens except the lights go off and then start pulsing or staying static blue

I have tried the reset sequense for Demo mode <esc> <caps lock> <space> - this allowed sunapse to recognise the keyboarrd but it does not work

It sounds like you're facing connectivity issues with your Blackwidow V3. Try reinstalling Synapse and updating firmware. If problems persist, contact Razer support for troubleshooting assistance. Sometimes, a driver or software update can resolve such conflicts.

Does the issue persist while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please also perform the troubleshooting here to isolate the problem. If the steps don't help, PM me your keyboard serial number so I can verify its model and provide other workarounds. All the best!
