New Blackwidow v3 Pro keyboard Keeps making Default profiles

I have the BlackWidow v3 keyboard. I have updated the keyboard firmware and the latest synapse software. They Synapse software keeps, at random, making new default profiles. I keep deleting and resetting up my profile settings. This is getting VERY old VERY fast. What is going on? And is there anything that can be done for this? $200 keyboard should not be doing this. Its under warranty. Do I send this back to Razer?

    AND, got up this morining. Booted my PC and POOF another freaking profile was made.

    And nothing yet? WOW. Did a "Clean install" as some claim may help. This crap still making default profiles.
