Hello, i’ve recently lost my original dongle for my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro, i’ve ordered a Razer Basilisk Ultimate USB HyperSpeed Dongle but now i can’t connect my mouse to it.
i’ve tried to use the mouse pairing utility and tried both of the basilisk method (ultimate and X hyperspeed) and it’s not working:
- For the Ultimate, it detects the dongle but it keep asking me to connect my mouse with the razer USB cable, wich is already plugged in my computer
- For the X hyperspeed, it is the opposite, i pressed the 3 buttons on my mouse and saw the lightswitch but then it asks me to connect the dongle but like before it’s already plugged in.
Do you have a solution for this issue?
