I purchased a headset for black friday and they arrived on Tuesday. They worked amazing, and I was having a great time playing Valorant and listening to music until this morning. When I woke up, I realized I couldn't get my headset to connect to my pc through bluetooth, even though that was how I was using it originally. I did not do anything between playing the night before or checking on it this morning that could have caused it to no longer work. I've updated my PC, I've restarted, unplugged and replugged the dongle, but all I get is the beeping tones of it trying to connect, and Im honestly getting really frustrated. I was just able to get it by doing a wired connection but I would rather do a wireless connection since the cord is so short. SN: (*Omitted for your security)

I have the same situation! I had this happen after I tried to install the Razer utility. I did it, but now the headphones only work through 3.5. I'm not sure what exactly affected the failure. All sorts of installations/deletions do not help, neither do the drivers.

Hi BehlialArt and rushFuchsiaportal982. Have you tried updating the headset's firmware? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
