Got a new mouse and when i try to get it to work wireless the dongle is not registering

    Did you've tried to plug in the wireless dongle into different USB port (preferred USB 3.0 and above)? If yes, and it's still not working - try to pair the dongle with your mouse with this software: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6076
