    Please continue in English so I can assist you accordingly. The Razer BlackShark V2 is already THX Spatial Audio enabled and does not require the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app for its surround audio. You can just need to install the Synapse 3 app and enable the THX Spatial Audio. Check this guide for more detailed information on how to set up your headset.
