when I bought the Razor Barracuda X and tried to activate 7.1 surround sound I didn't have it I looked on razors website and it says that these headphones should come with an activation code but I didn't receive one and i tried looking for it after checking my serial code but it said I wasn't eligible for 7.1 surround sound when it said right on its website that these headphones are.
