Why have I not received my 7.1 activation code for my Razer Kraken Ultimate? and how can I get this resolved?

    Hi @SLyWolf72 ,

     

    The Razer Kraken Ultimate headset has THX Spatial Audio enabled. It does not require the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound app for its surround audio. Just install the Synapse 3 app and activate the THX Spatial Audio. Should you have further questions, please let me know through PM.
