I have an authentication code sent to my email from Razer after registering my Blackshark v2 x.
Trying to log in to the Surround Sound software I'm getting the No Authentication Found error.
I have:
- uninstalled, restarted, installed, tried to log in.
- uninstalled, restarted, installed, restarted, tried to log in.
- uninstalled, installed, tried to log in.
- uninstalled, restarted, waited a half hour, installed, tried to log in.
and i have authenticator app and connected to razer
It isn't even letting me log in to get to a screen where I can enter my authentication code.
