Comprei meu razer kraken em dezembro, mas fui instalar o surround agora, e está dizendo, nenhuma autenticação encontrada, já tentei reinstalar e nada funciona

    Hi eusouzenixx, Please continue in English so I can assist you accordingly. Did you notice the issue right after you launched the application or after you logged in?
