No confirmation email after online purchase

Hi ! It has been 3 days since I ordered the Basilisk V2 that was on sales and I have no confirmation email yet.

First time ordering online on Razer as a guest.

May I know how long it usually takes to get the confirmation email ?

I did an online order as a guest and misspelled  my email so I didn’t receive an email confirmation of the order. Thereafter I created an account with a Razer ID. 
i did get the order purchase number and the date purchased was today, and I also have the information with the misspelled email address . This purchase is a Christmas gift. Can you please assist me.
