I ordered several things from razer yesterday for quite the hefty sum using a guest account . The money was deducted from my card but i did’n’t get any confirmation or tracking mail, so i checked the mail adress i entered but it was the correct one. Since it was sunday i just decided to wait a bit, but i still haven’t gotten any confirmation other than the withdrawn money. Given the money spend i thought i’d try my luck here and ask for help with this issue.
