No replacement part available for a long time

I got a razer blackshark pro v2.

Now during moving i lost the dongle.

For weeks i have been waiting for the dongle to become available in the shop but nothing.

The us shop always has them but we cant order from there in the eu.

 

I cant even find a decent way to email or call razer to get a replacement part.

Is there any alternative 3th party part i can buy? 

 

It honestly dissapoints me that parts dont get in stock and you cant really contact razer.
