NO Serial Number on Keyboard
I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro that is having issues. However I cannot open a ticket because there is no serial number on the bottom of my keyboard, at least nothing that is explicitly called that. I don't see any way to even contact support without a serial number, so I am posting here instead hoping support sees this and can contact me.
Much of the text on the bottom of the keyboard is in Chinese (I am guessing), so maybe it is there but not legible to me. I don't see a way to attach a pic or I would, as it gives me an error when I attempt to upload a picture. I bought the keyboard from Amazon.
Some please assist, this is very frustrating!

+1Serial number is on the sticker, it'll start usually from IOxxxxxxx.
If you don't have this sticker on keyboard, then next one will be on keyboard box.
FiszPLThank you for the response. Unfortunately, since I bought this keyboard over a year ago, I don't have the box any longer. There is no number beginning with IO on the sticker. I have tried uploading a picture of the sticker, but that doesn't work either. A comedy of errors at this point.
