No sound after installing 7.1 suround sound.

Recently I got Razer Kraken V3 X headphones. They worked fine. I installed Synapse, and they worked. I then tried 7.1 suround sound, and then they stopped working. No matter what i did, it didnt help. These headphones are new, and im angry that I can no longer use them because of software issues. What do i do?

    Same issue for me but with a Kraken v3 Pro, I have tried all the solutions on the support page but nothing works. I am thinking of getting a refund for them and trying another brand.
