1- MICROSOFT HOME THEATER EFFECT IS THE PROBLEM (go to audio settings, select your device - properties - enchancement and turn off)

2- IF U TOUCH IT, CONFIG WILL BE FROZEN (if it happen go to number 3)

3- U NEED TO GO TO WINDOWS AUDIO SOLUTION (just right click on your sound button and select it)

4- ONE OF SOLUTION WILL ASK YOU TO RESTART AUDIO SERVICE WHEN IT HAPPENS,  QUICKLY TURN OFF THAT "MICROSOFT HOME THEATHER EFFECT"

ULL HAVE SOUND AT LEAST, BUT ALL EQS WILL BE DISABLED (well synapse wont work on your audio device)

 

if u have a real solution and no temporary, it would good that u share in this channel, Razer are for gamers by gamers and everyone should help each other

Well, it's helped. A sound appeared in the headphones. But this is a temporary solution. We are waiting for Synapse updates. The sound appeared, but it is "neutered". Not the same as it was before the update.
