No support from Razer
The title sums it up...
Case number removed from public view.
Had to get support for this case (RGB broken on a Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma). Did all the test and they told me someone will get back to me for a replacement. It's been 2 weeks, complete silence. I am asking what is going on in the ticket itself and even then, not a thing,
I have no idea what to do, this is getting pretty frustrating.
Any ideas ?
