This is a fresh new pc build (my first) so it's definitely possible I am missing something simple, but I have other razer peripherals connected and working fine (Basilisk, Huntsman v2 analog) and the speakers aren't being recognized my synapse or the pc at all.
I’m having the same issue, but my Nomma Chroma speakers are 2 years old so out of warranty. Based on googling and reading other posts, this issue is prevalent for both the Nomma Chroma and the Pro’s. My ticket was escalated and I’m waiting to hear back what else to try. My next steps:
- Unplug and leave unplugged for 7 days (crazy I know, read it in some random post for the Pro version)
- Last ditch case will be to buy a new AC Adapater from Amazon. the 19v A/C adapter has both models (Chroma and the Pro). We’ll see… https://www.amazon.com/Razer-RZ05-0245-Nommo-Power-Supply/dp/B0CBV7SLVR
If none of this works, I might finally give up on Razer. the new v2 version only connects to PC, PS4 and Switch via bluetooth. No 3.5mm aux cord to connect to my monitor that I hook my Xbox One up too so that I can play my Xbox through the speakers.
Wish you all luck. There is not much info on this from the 2 hours of research I tried.
