After the last synapse update, it bricked my audio for my razer headset, Black shark V2 pro. Should we be looking for refunds as the audio issues have been ongoing for at least a week by this point.

At what point should I invest in a different headset brand?  

I’m in the same boat with the same headset. After today’s update the headset isn’t even detected by Synapse. I wish I could return it but I’ve had it for too long.
