Numpad not working

I just got a brand-new Razer Ornata Chroma today from amazon and am very happy with how it works. Unfortunately my numlock, /, *, -, 4, 5, and 6, don't work on my numpad for some reason. I've tried everything I can think of to fix the issue so but so far nothing seems to work. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it work or could it just be a hardware issue?

The fastest way to check if it's some hw issue or not, is to connect this keyboard to some other PC without Synapse installed. If it's still not working - return it to amazon.
