orbweaver not showing up in synapse 2

I’ve had This orbweaver for 7 years now and I registered Its a long time ago to setup in synapse. However recently when I tried using it again it doesn’t show up in synapse 2. It does show up in synapse 3 which is weird. It works just fine outside of not being able to configure the keys.

 I fixed the problem by un-plugging and re-plugging it in after opening synapse 2. In case anyone else has this problem.
