Order canceled for no reason

Recently i bought Razer Viper Mini, i got the email for the order confirm and after 2 days i got the email with order cancel for no reason, no refund for the money i spent on the delivery too Tried to contact the support with the ticket but it says Order Number invalid and it makes no sense, all of this. I don't know what can i do
