Order not showing up in Order Summary / No Email Confirmation Either | Razer Insider

Hi - I placed an order for an Orochi V2 Roblox edition yesterday. Purchase went through but I haven’t seen the email confirmation, nor do I see it in my order summary page.

Any suggestions on this?

Edit: The site doesn’t seem to recognize the order number. I’ve also submitted a support request but haven’t received any reply.
