Order stuck in processing
So I ordered razer blade 15 a 1950 euro laptop on 14th October, to this day I have no idea what is happening with my order. I tried talking to CS but all I get is generic replies to wait 2-3 more business days and now we are 2 weeks+ into this. Tomorrow morning I will be filing for a chargeback and never again buy anything from razer store or generaly Razer.

I can only imagine how frustrating this must be, but please send me your order and case number. I can use those to better understand what happened with the order and hopefully turn things around for you. Let's go from there.
