Ordered the blade 16” with fastest shipping method. Only for it to get stuck in customs. The message I get from FedEx is “Shipment requires importers registration/identification number”. After a brief search it appears that this is a common issue. After spending more time then expected I come across a statement from razer saying orders my be delayed up to 14 days at customs.. considering what I've paid for the equipment and having a 2-3day shipping option available, the least that could have been done would be to have the “14 day customs delay” warning included with the shipping options. I've also have yet to get in touch with support regarding the issue as the links for shipping support just circle back to tracking orders. I got this as a gift for someone and expected the quoted shipping time to be remotely accurate, now i have to give the gift late, I could have ordered from Amazon gotten it in 1-2 days, I didn't because I like razer and their products and wanted to support them and take part in the rewards ecosystem they offer. But now I second guess it's worth if this going to be the typical outcome. For a company this large I would expect shipping to be more streamlined
