Ornata V2 and Blackshark V2 Wired not detected on Razer Synapse 3

On Synapse, it says only my Deathadder mouse is connected and not my headset and keyboard. However, when I turn on the RGB audio visualizer, my keyboard visualizes the audio too. When I turn the audio visualizer off, my keyboard goes black. Also, my headset is not getting detected and the mic sounds bad. I got this headset today and its not working on Synapse whatsoever. Keep in mind, I tried all the trouble shooting tips that Razer told me. Yes, I even watched a Razer support video and deleted Vanguard. That did not help in the slightest way and deleted my keyboard from the connected list. Please give out any tips. Thank you.
