Ornata V2 HID problem

Recently I needed to disable a few HID. Now I enabled them, but they do not work - my media keys, apart from play/pause work only when Synapse is turned off. I've tried reinstalling Synapse, with and without downloading the options saved in the cloud - nothing. I've tried removing HID, it installs them again and they are still faulty. In the Control Panel the system notices the error, says the HID are turned off, but troubleshooting says it can't do anything. In Services HID is turned on, it it set to turn on automatically. Frankly speaking, I have no idea what to do to repair this error

Found a fix, actually! (after speaking to a support member for an hour or so) I simply connected the keyboard to a different device to check if it would behave the same way. It didn't, everything worked perfectly. Then I reconnected it to the problematic PC and it just started to work. I don't know why, maybe the options in the keyboard got overwritten? Try doing that
