Ornata v2 keeps disconnecting

hey,i buy a new ornata v2 keyboard. from the start she is keeping her light off and stop responding. after restart she working fine until the next disconnect then can happend after 5-10 minutes. can someone assit me with this problem? windows 10 up to date. synapse 3 up to date. tried: uninstall and reinstall synapse reinstall windows and all update. change usb ports(few of them)
