Orochi V2 Status Indicator

Hello I have a brand new Orochi V2 wireless mouse using wireless dongle. Repeatedly the mouse pointer will freeze for a period of ~5s. During this time the led on the top of the mouse turns solid green, which slowly becomes blue and then goes off. When it goes off the pointer moves again. I haven't noticed it occuring in specific apps. The battery is new ish (I have changed it) and the power indicator in synapse shows full. New Razer Blade 15, with factory provided Windows 11 (with latest update not applied because it errors). Can anyone tell me a). Where to find info on the meaning of status indicator behaviour b). What might be wrong causing the mouse to freeze, and how to fix it. sorry if this is a duplicate or otherwise annoying. Thank you!
