OTF macro recording captures nothing in game

Hello, I’ve gotten the Razer Ornata v3 X but the on-the-fly macro recording captures nothing while in game. the key gets assigned and so on but keypress does not get captured. Help please.

same here is there no fix ????

No. I've contacted support - they asked to reinstall synapse 3, login their test account, collected some logs. Then they concluded it's hardware and asked me to do an exchange. However, after the exchange it's still not working.
