Package being sent back due to unfulfilled payment? | Razer Insider

Please help me, 

 

I bought the razerbook 13 in quartz on the 30th of june. i’ve had so much trouble to deal with and figure out and now i’m stuck!

 

Yesterday i received an email to say that my order did not clear customs and is now being sent back to shipper. 

 

This morning recieving an email that it’s back in customs, assuming going to through customs to be sent back to shipper.

 

Ive been in contact with DHL, the parcel company who is supposed to be delivering my parcel. They’ve said it’s not gotten cleared at customs due to still waiting on payment. i’ve also read online that i may need to pay custom charges. 

 

I’m incredibly upset and frustrated as i just want my laptop. i’ve used all my savings to buy this laptop and can’t really afford to pay customs charges as this laptop was quite expensive for someone whose on minimum wage. 

 

I’ve tried to contact razer support but i cant seem find how to do that from the UK. every time i try to, the razer website switches to the US. not helpful lol.

 

Please, if anyone has gone through the same thing. help me!
