Package Undeliverable - Refund?

I recently missed the delivery window on a razer laptop. It says it is undeliverable and has been sent back. I am told there will be a refund, but would love to figure out how to confirm this refund and ensure that I get it now that the package has been returned to Razer. if anyone could point me towards the steps to follow through on the refund process, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

The refund will be initiated once the undelivered package is systematically received and will take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank.
