Hello Folks,

I recently purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones and I received a card where I can scan a QR code to receive a free 7.1 Surround Sound software. But when a scan it, it does not give me the activation code.

I tried to register a product online via razer products registration following this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548 but I am afraid to pry open the earmuff to reach it, as I cannot afford new one, if I break it, thus I only have the product number and pictures of the product itself with the packaging.

What should I do, can you please assist? Thank you.

Have you registered your device with your Razer account? Please try to request a new activation code at this link. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, PM me your headset serial number and email address so I can check its model and verify if there's a code allocated to it. All the best!
