I cant activate my New Blackshark V2 X Surround sound.
I already registered the device and it is original (as validated in Razer)
However, I dont have any scratch card to activate my Surround Sound.
I already tried contacting and requesting new code but I dont know how to access it.
PLEASE HELP ME
