Please help with registration and access to Razer Synapse

Hi, I am entering the information as suggested in the videos, and repeatedly the system gives me an error message. I know this is simple but I have had my keyboard for a month now! Also I have downloaded all of the software suggested but I am unable to access it, I need a human being to call me. I am neurodivergent. thank you so much and have a great day! Chris they them theirs
