I’m 100% deaf and am looking for a virtual surround sound software so that I can it as a source of which sound is making noise so that I can read the peak value in my C# project. I’m writing a program that reads the 7.1 surround sound data and convert it into a visual radar of where the sound is coming from. 

I read that the software can do virtual 7.1 surround sound?? If so, I would like to use it…  but needs activation. I’m 100% deaf and there’s no point in buying a headset, so… is there anything we can do about this?
