Pro Type Ultra keys came off when i used the keys

I was playing a game known as war thunder and I used one of the keys on my keyboard and it just popped off so I used another key, and it to came off, I think the + shaped things that connect the switches were faulty or something because I've used razer for a long time and this has never happened to me. Am I able to get a replacement by any chance?
