Problem with 7.1 activation code retrieval

I just bought BlackShark V2 X Headset and non-intentionally overscratched first 5 charachters of my activation code , i followed the steps for activation code retrieval and after submiting my product serial number i got this message "The 7.1 Surround Sound code for this model is not available, please click here to contact customer support." . Please help me retrieve my 7.1 activation code!
