Problem with battery RazerBlade 15 2019

I got three batteries from this seller https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083D2B67D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and neither of them charges i plug in the charger the it whos plugged in and the animation on the battery icon stops after a while the battery can hold a charge and its recognized but the power its not getting in Green LED doesnt turn on when charger is plugged in and sometims when i try to charge the charger LED dims out until it switches off What can i do I believe my charger is fine
