Hey i just bought this headset and i have a problem with bluetooth connectivity and they won’t show up on my mac nor my iphone. They’re brand new and i i i just brought them home from store

    Try to update the firmware of your headset by following the steps here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3811/~/razer-blackshark-v2-pro-%282020%29-%7C-rz04-03220-support-%26-faqs. If the problem persists, let me know through PM and provide the serial number so I can validate its model and check my resources for other model-specific-workarounds to help you resolve the problem.
