hi, i have a kraken kitty headsets ( i bought in 2021) for a few weeks the audio sometimes go out of the headset and sounds on the speaker, when this thing happended, just disconect and conect again was enought but this time the PC and the synapse dont recognize the headsets, i try rebooting the PC and i have all the razer program with the lastest update, but the problem remains
I conect the headsets on a friend computer and its works so i dont have any idea about what happen and how to fix it
