I bough the razer v2 pro in malaysia and brought it back to my home country it worked perfectly fine for like 6-7 months. Its dongle was working perfectly fine i left my room and came back it stopped working i tried reconning it or connecting it directly into my pc but it didnt seem to work but the mouse is working fine if connected directly. I tried updating but the dongle chip is not being detected even if i plug it in directly so i cant update it. I updated my drivers and reinstalled them as well nothing seems to be making my mouse work wireless anymore.

Please try to update the Razer Viper V2 Pro firmware and download the Razer USB Hyperspeed dongle utility https://rzr.to/f6KyqO to pair the mouse. If the problem persists, PM with your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can validate its warranty. All the best!
