My Razer Viper V2 Pro wireless dongle has randomly stopped working and I don't know why. It worked fine for a day and then stopped working, is there any way to replace this item? I live in Uzbekistan, but it is impossible to buy a dongle in Uzbekistan. Because there are no official stores for Razer accessories!!!

Sorry to hear about your Razer Viper V2 Pro concern. Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled?
