Problem with "Reactive" lightning mode

Razer BlackWidow V4X, synapse 4. I had a static backlight profile configured with color-based key "Reactive" using Chroma RGB. It suddenly stopped working after a game. Initially, it manifested itself as a delay when pressing keys—the keystroke would trigger a second after each press. After a factory reset with ESC + CAPS + SPACE, the Reactive no longer worked, neither when reinstalling or uninstalling Synapse (and using guest mode), nor when rebooting the PC. It's also worth noting that in Onboard, pressing FN + CTRL + 6 turns off the backlight, and the Reactive returns to the color selected in Chroma. It's a minor issue, but the keyboard's charm is lost without this style.
