Problem with THX Spatial Audio

I have a problem with the application. when i tried to open it doesn’t show anything  it just appear a gray screen with nothing on it i already paid the 20 dlls for the  activation code but it doesn’t show any place to put the code in.

I’d try to reinstall it (remove, restart PC, after restart run installer as administrator).

i already tried it but it still doesn’t show anything.
