Problems in recharges with Razer Gold

Hello, I make a lot of purchases at Razer Gold, which leads me to constantly buy and buy, but many times the system presents me with problems, I contacted all my banks to rule out problems with them and not have problems when it comes to recharging, with Paypal it gives me an error (using 2 different accounts), with 6 or 7 cards it gives me an error, with some cards it only lets me buy 1 or 2 times.

I open tickets asking for help with a solution and to check the system but it seems that the support people do not want to work, because they only send me a copy & paste message, I do not know where to turn or if there is a supervisor or a support person who support them to help me in this case.

Looks like im not the only one that suffers the issue. I reloaded using razer for ROO , didnt receive my razer gold too.
