Problems with 7.1 surround Razer Kraken X Lite

after the arrival of my headset I installed the 7.1 software and started testing it, at the same time I noticed that the audio was still in stereo but with one difference, the sounds from the back and sides were very low compared to normal stereo, I already had one another 7.1 headset and I know how it works and I'm sure this 7.1 is not working

Did you make sure the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound is set as your default audio output device? You can also try to update the audio driver of your PC and make sure to follow the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, let me know through PM and provide the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model and raise your concern with the software team by starting a case if necessary. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
