I purchased a razer viper ultimate wireless gaming mouse from Centrecom in Australia on December 2021. According to the statement on the box about warranty services, I should have until December this year (2023) left on my warranty. However, when I try to access support services on the website, it states that my product is outside the warranty period. How can this be the case?
PS. The issue is with the middle mouse button not working properly and a few cosmetic issues.
