Question regarding Surround Sound 7.1

Hi! I was recently gifted a pair of Kraken X, but I can"t seem to install the Surround Sound program. Whenever I click install, an error windows pops up saying that the app can"t be installed due to some restrictions on the PC. The installation path is C/Program Files/Razer, which I suspect to be the cause of this, but it looks like there is no option to change it from within the installer. I also tried running the installer as administrator, as well as enabling all permisions for Program Files as well as the C partition, but it still won't work. If anybody can help me out with this dilema, please do. Many thanks! Also, this is my fisrt time using Razer Insider and posting a thread here. If I violated any rules, let me know and I will take it down.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Did you try checking your anti-virus or firewall settings and see if it is blocking any Razer-related files? Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Save the files to any online drive, then paste the shareable in your PM. Let's continue our conversation privately. *Thread is now locked.
